What happens on the day of your move
On the day of your office relocation, we’ll reach out to you a few hours before we arrive at your current location. Our expert office moving team arrives fully prepared with the necessary tools – trolleys, protective blankets, and secure straps – to guarantee the safety and integrity of your office items while they are being loaded and unloaded. These items will be firmly secured within our spacious moving truck.
Should you require it, we provide an optional service for disassembling and reassembling furniture, available for an extra fee. Our process involves efficiently loading all your office belongings onto the truck, safely transporting them to your new office space, and then unloading and arranging everything according to your instructions. The initial charge covers a 4-hour duration, encompassing up to 1 hour of travel time. Our billing system includes a base fee for the first 4 hours, and additional half-hour charges apply for projects that exceed this timeframe.
